I had a friend visiting this week, and although I love to eat and shop, it’s not always enough to fill the day! I love Vancouver for the fact that (when it’s not raining) there is so much to do. You have to visit VanDusen Gardens if you’re in this neck of the woods this summer. The flowers are beautiful, there’s a fun maze, and my personal favourite was the rose garden…stunning! There are a couple of restaurants and a cute little gift shoppe, and I should mention it’s only $11 to get in and you could stay all day enjoying the bright sights.
