Full Time Stock Coordinator

Job Title: Stock Coordinator 

Reports to: Store Manager/Merchandise Lead 


Job Summary:

The H&H Stock Coordinator is responsible for processing wholesale and consignment inventory. Key responsibilities include: pricing, inputting and movement of consignment inventory, receiving and processing wholesale products (new and restock), overseeing inventory counts and backroom organization, transfer of inventory between locations as needed. 



The H&H Stock Coordinator is responsible for:


  • Overseeing all store level inventory related activities
  • Conducting weekly inventory counts, maintains and updates accurate inventory records, compares sales reports to recorded inventory 
  • Addressing and resolving discrepancies between sales reports and inventory
  • Receiving and processing store deliveries including new and restock of wholesale inventory 
  • Restocking merchandise on the sales floor 
  • Organization of back rooms to accommodate new inventory and maintain efficiency and inventory accountability
  • Communicating any defective or broken items
  • Transferring of wholesale inventory between locations as needed 


  • Accurate and consistent pricing of consignment items 
  • Accurate and efficient inputting of consignment inventory 
  • Assessing inventory requirements between locations and movement of consignment inventory to the sales floor 
  • Ensuring the sales floor(s) at both locations are well stocked with consignment 
  • Weekly analysis of recorded inventory input 


Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • 30-38 hours per week (must be able to work an 8 hour shift on your feet)
  • Must be available to work early mornings (7AM-3PM)
  • This position will involve travel between the locations, so a valid driver's license and regular access to a vehicle is an asset. 



  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail- able to prioritize
  • communicate and delegate tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrated accuracy and analysis skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use inventory software 
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to self manage time effectively and to work independently 
  • Strong knowledge of brands and trends and/or experience with consignment pricing and the consignment process 
  • Customer service experience an asset
  • Minimum 1 year in a similar role
