We are looking for an outgoing individuals to fill a Stylist/Sales Associate at all three of our locations. This position is part-time, at a starting rate of $17.50/hr. 

MAIN STREET: P/T Stylist/Sales Associate - Must be available Friday + Saturdays (10-16hrs per week)

NORTH VANCOUVER: P/T Stylist/Sales Associate - Must be available weekends.     (7-12hrs per week) 

Job Summary:

The H&H Stylist / Sales Associate is responsible for building and maintaining long lasting relationships with H&H customers through authentic, caring and personal customer service. Key responsibilities include: product education, styling and suggestive selling, managing drop-off appointments, answering customer and consignor inquiries and maintaining store cleanliness, restock and merchandising standards. 

Job Duties: 

• Providing an outstanding customer experience through product education, styling and suggestive selling 
• Answer customer and consignor inquiries regarding wholesale and consignment inventory and consignor account status
• Greet daily consignment appointments
• Answering telephone and email inquiries 
• Accurate processing of transactions
• Fulfill opening and closing procedures if applicable 
• Daily restock of product on the sales floor and styling mannequins when needed
• Maintaining store merchandising and cleanliness standards 
• Maintaining front and back of house organization (cash desk supplies etc.) 
• Accurate and efficient input and tagging of consignment inventory 

 

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be able to work an 8 hour shift on your feet
• Must be available to open and close at minimum once per week
• Must be available to work one weekend day 

 

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated communication skills: minimum 1 year exceptional customer service experience in a retail environment 
• A strong eye for fashion and interest in learning about our product and brand identity
• Understands the consignment process and believes in recycling, reducing and reusing
• Ability to perform effective sales techniques, meet sales goals, and foster long term relationships with customers
