We are hosting our monthly yoga charity event, led by our very own Kaitie Bowen. We will be providing tea and discounted shopping afterwards. No experience needed, but we ask that you bring your own mat. Class will include gentle stretch, flow, and breath work - full of accessible options and led with a therapeutic approach. Our intention is to spend time in community, make meaningful connections, and prioritizing YOU! We hope you'll join us.
Our passion for community and wellness has inspired us to donate to an organization which means a lot to a few of us here at H&H. Your ticket donation of $10 will go to Coast Mental Health.
