IN-STORE RETURNS

Consignment: All consignment items are final sale.

New Products: You have 14 calendar days for in-store credit or exchange on any regular-priced product. A receipt must be provided when you are exchanging or returning your item. Sale product is final sale. If the product is defective or breaks within 14 days, we are happy to fix, replace or return your purchase for a full refund (not applicable to consignment items). 

 

ONLINE RETURNS

Consignment: Consignment items are final sale. 

All clothing items online are pre-loved, which means that although they are in great condition they still may have a little wear. We carefully look for each item to ensure nothing is damaged before we sell it, but please keep in mind that these items are sold AS IS. If there is anything small damage to the garment, we will note it in the product description to ensure you have all the facts before purchasing.

New Products: You have 14 calendar days ( from the date your item is available for pick up or from the date you received your package) to return any regular-priced product.  Please note, sale product is final sale. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it is received in. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to include the proof of purchase and receipt generated for you by Hunter & Hare Clothing Corporation, or hunterandhare.com

 

 SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please email us at hello@hunterandhare.com to notify us with why you are returning or exchanging the item, before shipping it back to us. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

When shipping an item back to Hunter & Hare Clothing Corporation for a return, please ship to:

It is not the responsibility of hunterandhare.com or Hunter & Hare Clothing Corporation if your items are returned to us, and arrive broken or damaged, as you are liable to send the items back in the condition they were sent to you.
