How to Access Your Consignor Portal
Hi there! Thank you for consigning with us! If you would like to check your account status with us, please read the following:
You should have received an email invite to access your consignor account(s) in which you were given a temporary password and prompted to create a new one. Before proceeding please check your in inbox for an email titled Hunter & Hare: ConsignorAccess Invitation.
Please note the following:
- You will need your consignor account number to login
- If you have accounts at both stores, once you have received an access invite for each account you can login using one account number. Use the toggle at the top right hand side of the page to change the store once you have logged in
- Payouts cannot be requested through the consignor portal. Visit this page and follow the steps to request a payout
