Job Summary:

The H&H On-Call Stylist is responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with H&H customers through authentic, caring, and personalized customer service. This on-call position provides flexible, as-needed support to the retail team, with a focus on product education, styling, suggestive selling, and creating a welcoming in-store experience. Key responsibilities include assisting with drop-off appointments, responding to customer and consignor inquiries, and supporting store cleanliness, restocking, and merchandising standards as required.

 

Job Duties: 

• Providing an outstanding customer experience through product education, styling and suggestive selling 
• Answer customer and consignor inquiries regarding wholesale and consignment inventory and consignor account status
• Manage daily appointments and drop off experience 
• Answering telephone and email inquiries 
• Accurate processing of transactions 
• Daily restock of product on the sales floor and styling mannequins when needed
• Maintaining store merchandising and cleanliness standards 
• Completing a weekly checklist 
• Accurate tagging of consignment inventory
• Maintaining front of house organization (cash desk supplies etc.) 
• Opening and closing if applicable 

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
• 0-16 hours per week (must be able to work an 8 hour shift on your feet)
• Must be available to work one weekend day and have an open schedule 

Wages start at $18.25 hour.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
• 10-24 hours per week (must be able to work an 8 hour shift on your feet)
• Must be available to open and close at minimum once per week
• Must be available to work two days a week, with the availability of Thursday - Monday.
