We're excited to invite you to our upcoming community yoga session, led by our very own Kaitie Bowen! No experience necessary, but we ask that you bring your own mat. Each session will include grounding stretches, mindful flow, and breathwork - full of accessible options and led with a therapeutic approach.

Our intention is to connect, move, and prioritize YOU! We hope you'll join us.
